My name is Robert Dewar, self employed from Central Scotland, before I did the Darren Winters course over 2 years ago I was just stuttering along buying shares through a well known tip sheet. Since the course I have built up £5000 to over £15000 with spreadbetting and shares. I mostly use Fibonacci and moving averages as my strategy. I learnt where to look for helpful investment websites for information and latest News on the performance /result dates of companies as well as the new companies hitting the market/best performing sector.
I traded on account, on T10 settlement starting with £300, first having studied the performance on the Watchlist. Over a period of two months I earned £920 after deducting commission and stamp duty. My strategy was following the table of FTSE350 index and studying their performance on the Watchlist as well as the Technical Analysis that helped short trade when the market had risen with higher highs 3 times followed by 2 retracements.
I intend to compound it shortly to recover all costs of courses.

Always invest in ‘right sector’ and in ‘quality companies’

I did the Darren Winters 3 day course a the very end of July, at which point I was a virgin trader. I did my first ever trade on 15.08.05 after 2 weeks of paper trading. I started with £5,000 and made £400 net profits in my first month, 8% in 5 weeks, I was pleased with this, thought it was easy and got sloppy. In 3 weeks in October I lost £1,400 and it hurt! Why? I stopped applying all the rules I had learned on Darren’s 3 day course. Last week of October I went back to basics and used the ‘Darren Winters’ method – in full. In a week, on one position (I need to rebuild my confidence ) I have made 5.5% and my position is still running.

My single best return was 21% in 11 days. I have also achieved 13% in 11 days, 10.5% in 13 days and 2.15% in 2 days. The strategy that I use is as follows: US stocks only so far. Looking for short term returns, 2 days to 2 weeks. Seek potential positions that might return 8 to 10% uplift in the following 4 weeks. Always need 2 to 1 risk/reward ratio. Always invest in ‘right sector’ and in ‘quality companies’. Always diversify portfolio (buy and shorting, more that 1 sector, 4 to 5 positions opened, never open more than 3 positions in same day. Open position c1h after market opens. Do not open a ‘long position’ (more than one day) on a Friday. If no movement (in line with expectations) is seen in first 3 days, close position and look for another trade.

A return of £6,000 over two months!

I would like to take this opportunity to express how beneficial the Darren Winters stock market training course was. I attended the free workshop last April and after initially carrying out paper trades, began to use spread betting as a means to leverage my money in the financial markets.

Among my most successful trades, was in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. From an initial stake of £1000, I generated a return of £6,000 over two months. The techniques I used were support and resistance, RSI and channelling.

My biggest return in less than a week was in foreign exchange trading cable. From the initial capital of £750, I generated a return of £1,400 in one day. Due to the volatility in foreign exchange, I found channeling and fibonacci retracements were particularly effective.

Thank you so much for all that you have taught me!

I attended your "Path to Financial Freedom seminar 2 years ago and went on to take the Master Class last year. Prior to that I had dabbled in the Stock market and made losses.

I am up 24% on my account this month making $48K. This is the first month I have made more money trading than working!
I started with $140,000 and with 2 years I turned this into $180,000. The first 2 years I did some paper trading and made 20% in one month. I now seem to have got to a more consistent with practice. Primarily I used trend continuation on long term screen and moving Stop Losses under most recent lows.

Hi,
My name is Gary I started trading after taking the Darren Winters two day stock market course. At first I found that I could easily apply the strategies that I had learned and make good money.
But then I became sloppy and not staying with the rules I had learned ,I lost £1500 ouch!,Then I went back to the rules that Darren had taught me, and I turned £3000-00 into £12000-00 using the channeling strategy.

Stock Market Experience

Dear Darren
I started with $7,000 in the US and £5,000 in UK
I only started on the NYSE about a month ago and one stock has returned $600 on $1000 invested.  I am still feeling my way, but that gave me a great boost!  My UK experience started earlier this year and has produced steady results, but I am £400 to the good overall!  I find your charting software much easier to use than the other charting packages. I am look for cups and handles, but also keep an eye for other direction change indicators.
