Did not go too fast for beginners to keep up. Answered many questions and did not give the impression any were silly questions.
What do you feel is the greatest benefit you got from coming on the course?
Confidence to really get started and such specific detail to explain all the different strategies.
What would you say to someone who was considering whether to come on the course?
Go for it, borrow the course fee if you don't have it.
General Comments:
The numerous breaks were excellently timed as attention can wander. Also the stretching exercises as neck & shoulders seize up with writing.

Reinforce of previous knowledge and experience. Also, the encouragement to practice.
